*Full time positions must have the ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
*Part time positions must have the ability to commit to 25 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Revenue & Performance Drive

  • Sales Mastery: Proactively engage with clients on the floor to exceed daily and monthly sales targets through expert-level suggestive selling.

  • Clienteling & Outreach: Manage and grow a personal "book of business" by performing daily outreach to existing clients, turning one-time shoppers into lifelong loyalists.

  • Metrics Ownership: Monitor and analyze your individual sales performance, pivoting your strategy to meet shifting business needs and KPIs.

The Luxury Experience

  • Journey Curation: Navigate multiple, complex customer journeys simultaneously, providing a seamless and elevated experience from entry to checkout.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of the circular economy, educating every client on the environmental impact of their purchase and the unique value of the TRR business model.

  • Product Storytelling: Leverage deep knowledge of luxury brands and trends to provide styling advice and build trust with discerning shoppers.

Operational Agility

  • Floor Excellence: Maintain high-level brand standards through consistent merchandise replenishment and visual presentation.

  • Seamless Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures with precision, ensuring the boutique is primed for a high-volume sales day.

  • Digital Integration: Master Salesforce and internal tech tools to track client preferences and streamline the sales process.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a metrics-based retail sales environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs.

  • A "startup" mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and the fast-paced nature of a growing business.

  • A positive, professional demeanor with the ability to represent a luxury brand with integrity.

  • Self-motivation and the drive to seek out sales opportunities through daily proactive outreach.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a high volume of client interactions.

  • Mastery of technology: Proficiency (or the ability to quickly become proficient) in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Mac iOS.

  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $21.00-$25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
