Job Description:
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As a Research Manager at B2B International, part of the Merkle and dentsu network, you will play a key role in helping some of the world’s most recognized B2B brands grow through the power of research and insights.
What You’ll Do- Lead Research Projects: You will manage research programs from start to finish, including questionnaire design, analysis, and reporting.
- Tell the Story: You will transform data into compelling narratives and visually engaging reports.
- Design with Purpose: You will create screeners, discussion guides, and quantitative questionnaires that drive meaningful insights.
- Collaborate and Present: You will co-present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Apply Your Expertise: You will use statistical techniques like MaxDiff, regression, and conjoint analysis to uncover deeper insights.
- Build Relationships: You will act as a co-lead for key client accounts, strengthening partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
- Guide and Mentor: You will oversee and support research analysts, delegating tasks and fostering growth.
- Drive Success: You will manage internal teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- 3+ years of experience managing market research projects across the full lifecycle.
- Experience in B2B market research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of common statistical techniques and when to apply them.
- Technical proficiency with tools like SPSS, Q, Tableau, R, or advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can make complex insights clear and engaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
