Job Title: Retail Technology Program Manager
Primary Purpose: The Retail Technology Manager will play a critical role in enabling Tapestry’s Store Experience Transformation by delivering scalable, secure, and innovative retail technology solutions across our global store fleet. This individual will partner closely with business, infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and vendor teams to evaluate, pilot, and deploy modern store technologies—including POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms—while ensuring compliance with global security and privacy standards.
The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of technical expertise, program leadership, and global execution capability, driving initiatives from concept through rollout with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and risk mitigation.

Technology Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end deployment of retail store technologies, including cloud based POS systems, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and supporting hardware configurations.
Drive global rollouts, ensuring consistent implementation standards while accommodating regional and regulatory requirements.
Manage pilot programs and scale successful solutions across multiple markets.
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled capabilities such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, computer vision, and generative AI to improve store operations, associate productivity, and customer experience.
Device & Identity Management
Oversee device ecosystem management across iOS, Windows, and MacOS platforms using Intune and Jamf.
Implement and support Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access policies to strengthen identity and access security.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBS) to support operational efficiency and system health.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy teams to conduct security and compliance reviews of new technologies prior to deployment.
Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS standards and data privacy regulations including CCPA, GDPR, and applicable state laws.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with store systems, endpoints, and vendor solutions.
Assess AI-related risks including data privacy, model governance, security, and responsible use, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Program Management
Manage vendor relationships across pilots and production rollouts, ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and operational expectations.
Evaluate emerging technologies to support evolving store experience strategies.
Lead cross-functional program execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes.
Partner with internal and external teams to pilot AI use cases, define success metrics, and scale high-value solutions from proof of concept to production.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
Act as a key interface between global business teams, technology stakeholders, and regional partners.
Deliver executive-ready updates with clear articulation of progress, risks, and strategic impact.

Strong hands-on experience with:
Windows scripting (PowerShell, VBS—production environments)

Experience supporting and deploying:
