Reporting to the Revenue Controller, this role combines strong operational execution with developing technical accounting capability and cross-functional business partnership.

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day execution of revenue accounting processes, including POC calculations, revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables

  • Perform detailed revenue analysis and variance reporting; proactively identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks and bring findings to the Revenue Controller with context and recommended next steps

  • Prepare and organize audit support and technical documentation for all revenue-related audit requests, serving as a key contributor during audit cycles

  • Support the preparation of revenue reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders

  • Liaise with business teams on revenue-related questions, applying sound judgment to align commercial activity with appropriate accounting treatment

  • Actively contribute to the maintenance and improvement of revenue processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy

  • Execute control monitoring, testing, and documentation activities for revenue processes and support remediation efforts

  • Assist in the research and documentation of technical accounting positions under ASC 606 as needed

  • Support ad hoc revenue projects, analysis, and policy documentation

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct exposure to revenue recognition

  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP, with the ability to apply standards to moderately complex transactions

  • Experience with project accounting, percentage-of-completion accounting, multiple performance obligation arrangements, or other complex ASC 606 environments preferred

  • Experience supporting or contributing to audit processes, including preparation of workpapers and documentation

  • Familiarity with internal controls frameworks and hands-on experience in control documentation or testing

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems required

  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage cross-functionally and translate accounting concepts for non-finance audiences

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities independently
