Partners with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and culture initiatives. Coaches managers, leads sensitive employee investigations and termination processes, supports talent calibration and organizational change, and delivers leadership training. Uses HR metrics, HR technology, and AI tools to inform workforce decisions and improve employee experience across a matrixed organization.

Lead and manage statutory financial reporting for international subsidiaries and branches, coordinate external audits, reconcile intercompany and corporate-to-statutory differences, ensure local regulatory compliance, drive process improvements and BlackLine rollouts, and supervise the India Statutory Reporting Accountant.

Owns revenue recognition and reporting for US and Canada, ensuring ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance. Leads revenue analysis, internal controls, audits, and process automation. Supervises a Revenue Advisory Lead and partners with business and regional counterparts to standardize policies and drive improvements.

Lead technical vision and client strategy for large renovation and adaptive-reuse electrical projects. Guide teams, conduct technical reviews, develop proposals, grow business, and shape firm strategy while mentoring staff and strengthening industry presence.

Lead global HR technology strategy and governance for Workday and related HR systems, manage vendors and roadmap, drive compliance, security, automation, integrations, analytics, and enterprise HR transformation projects.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.
