About the Role

As Manager, Refurbished Products, you’ll shape and manage Dyson’s US refurbished products business from our New York Office. You’ll coordinate the sales pipeline, manage inventory, and develop cross-channel sales strategies to maximize financial return. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Optimization, this new role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, thrives on collaboration, and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Aftersales to drive value from Dyson’s refurbished product business in the US. 
 

Refurbished products at Dyson are products that are returned by customers, restored to high standards, and resold as “Dyson Certified Refurbished.” Read more at Dyson Certified Refurbished   

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory & Demand Pipeline Management: Own end-to-end management of refurbished products inventory. Monitor daily/weekly sales and on hand inventory data. Make agile allocation decisions, where, how, and when to move stock. 

  • Channel & Price Optimization: Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams to maximize channel performance. Lead internal alignment around channel allocation, price, and promotion. 

  • Project Execution: Independently manage projects to improve pipeline efficiency, drive process improvements, and optimize channel sell-through. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective relationships with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, both in US and Global, as well as select external partners. 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce actionable dashboards and insights in Excel and Power BI for US and Global stakeholders. 

  • Executive Communication: Support Head of Revenue Optimization produce reports, mostly in Power Points, to Global Executive Committee on status and plans for the refurbishment business in the US. 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Always look for better, more effective ways to manage the pipeline and improve business results—change is the only constant here. 

About You:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, revenue management, demand planning, or supply chain management. 

  • Experience with refurbished products, returns, or dynamic/disrupted inventory is a strong plus. 

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., modeling, dashboards, pivot tables); solid Power BI dashboard and reporting experience required. 

  • Bold problem solver and proactive decision maker—comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting targets. 

  • Proven stakeholder management skills: you’ll need to influence, partner, and drive outcomes. 

  • Clear, concise communicator with an eye for detail and results.

Compensation: $135,200 - $169,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity
