At Intapp, the Director of Revenue Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving scalable growth and productivity across our global sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to define and execute a best-in-class revenue operations strategy.You will lead the design and optimization of systems, processes, and data that power the go-to-market engine—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. This is a highly visible, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue performance and organizational efficiency.What You’ll Do
  • Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy to improve productivity, scalability, and revenue performance across a 60+ person sales organization
  • Focus areas include forecasting, territory optimization, planning, and ad hoc analytics.
  • Own and continuously optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate sales cycles
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering leaders to align systems, tools, and processes with business objectives
  • Drive automation and systems innovation, influencing roadmap priorities and leveraging technology to scale operations efficiently
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights across all revenue systems
  • Own reporting, analytics, and performance measurement—delivering executive-level insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, using data and operational expertise to guide planning, forecasting, and execution
What You’ll Need
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define and execute Revenue Operations strategies in complex, global B2B or enterprise software environments
  • Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in designing and scaling go-to-market processes, systems, and workflows
  • Ownership & Accountability: Strong track record of owning outcomes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with experience in high-growth or evolving organizations; thrives on building and iterating
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional ability to translate data into insights, strategy, and action at both operational and executive levels
  • Influence & Communication: Skilled at aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including executives
  • People Leadership: Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams (or strong readiness to do so)
