About the Role

Ontra is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager reporting to our Manager, Revenue Operations.

We’re looking for someone excited to enhance our order-to-cash process, improve cross-departmental collaboration, streamline our MSA workflows, and facilitate efficient approvals with key stakeholders.

If you are a highly organized, communications-savvy individual with the ability to coordinate seamlessly across departments, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively balance system controls with stakeholder perspectives, we’d love to get to know you!

What You’ll Do

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the order-to-cash cycle, focusing on increasing efficiency and scalability in the MSA-to-invoice process.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among Product, Billing, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure support and necessary approvals for structured deals.
  • Contractual Detail Management: Improve systems and tools to capture all relevant contract information, ensuring they can accommodate complex deal structures.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Coordinate with Strategy and GM teams to align on new product pricing plans and secure sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Legal and Tax Compliance: Work with Tax and Legal teams to integrate appropriate tax language into new product Order Forms and assist Legal with MSA strategy and integration in sales processes.
  • Technology Integration: Act as a liaison between Legal/Finance and Product teams to ensure technology development supports order and invoicing processes effectively.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in an operations role, ideally involving experience with deal desk functions and alleviating billing pain points.
  • Contract Operations: Proficiency with contract and Master Service Agreement (MSA) operations, ensuring smooth management and execution.
  • Data Quality: Strong ability to understand, manage, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data within revenue operations processes.
  • Invoicing Collaboration: Experience working closely with the invoicing process, streamlining procedures and ensuring efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated capability in analytical tasks, enhancing operational effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below.

Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
