We are seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist to ensure our sales and marketing technology infrastructure scales with our growth. The role will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and will support processes and intelligence efforts across Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement, CPQ and other integrated platforms.

This position will diagnose technological solutions to commercial team challenges, own the maintenance of data integrity within Salesforce for Accounts and Leads, and work frequently on cross-department projects that support revenue generating initiatives.

You will be exposed to innovative, high-performing demand generation strategies, support the measuring of sales and marketing performance, understand the role and various applications of B2B technology, and acquire experience in working alongside and supporting a highly producing and growing sales function.

Essential Functions:

  • Support the integration of new tools/technologies into the sales and marketing tech stack

  • Build and maintain meaningful, recurring standard reports and dashboards in an efficient and user-friendly manner, addressing business pre-defined or ad-hoc requests for insights

  • General oversight of data hygiene and accuracy across platforms

  • Proactively identify and pursue system enhancements across Salesforce, Account Engagement, Gong, CPQ and related platforms.

  • Manage support requests for operational and user experience enhancements within Salesforce and related platforms

  • Collaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on CRM requirements and best practices.

  • Document, communicate, and train on operational CRM processes

  • De-dupe Salesforce data tables (Lead, Contact, Account, etc.)

  • Identify challenges that require Salesforce workflows and work with developers to deliver solutions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales enablement/operations role

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google Drive suite of tools

  • Undergraduate college degree

  • Proactive, extremely organized, and self-starting

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Master of time management

  • Genuine interest in unlocking new insights with data analysis

  • Genuine interest in working with a small, close-knit team

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $64,000-$72,000 plus performance bonus of 8%.  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).  Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
