As a Product specialist manager, Expense focused on product, you’ll design and support the delivery of enablement programs that improve product knowledge, messaging, and execution for revenue teams. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales to ensure new features and positioning are clearly understood and adopted. Your work will help customer-facing teams confidently position Navan’s products and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Product training support: Help deliver and manage training programs that improve product fluency across sales and success teams.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and GTM teams to align on enablement needs for new launches, updates, and positioning.
- Content development: Create and maintain product-focused materials such as playbooks, FAQs, and talk tracks (in conjunction with PMM)
- Program coordination: Lead product launch (and onboarding) field enablement efforts by helping manage timelines, content delivery, and training logistics.
- Performance tracking: Create and monitor adoption and usage of enablement resources, and use data to identify opportunities to improve understanding and execution.
- Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from the field and stakeholders to iterate on programs and ensure ongoing relevance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in product enablement, training, or a GTM enablement role.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to coordinate with product, marketing, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to simplify product complexity into clear enablement materials.
- Execution: Skilled at managing content, timelines, and cross-team alignment with attention to detail.
- Product knowledge: Familiarity with technical product concepts, use cases, and how they apply in customer conversations.
- Content development: Experience building and maintaining enablement resources that support retention and field adoption.
- Tool proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Confluence, LMS platforms, and enablement tools such as Seismic.
- A desire to help teams better understand and position product capabilities
- Interest in improving how enablement supports launch readiness and product adoption
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
