Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL as a Revenue Strategy & Growth, Director and serve as a force multiplier for our Chief Revenue Officer and the broader Revenue organization. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can think at the strategic level, work across organizational boundaries, and drive measurable revenue outcomes without relying on headcount. Reporting directly to the CRO and operating as a senior member of the GTM leadership team, you will own a portfolio of high priority initiatives that reach across functions, channels, and product lines, moving fluidly between strategy and execution.

Your work will directly shape how hundreds of thousands of SMBs discover, adopt, and grow with BILL's platform. In this role, you will accelerate customer acquisition, eliminate friction across the customer journey, connect Revenue to the rest of the company in ways that compound results, and make AI a genuine advantage for BILL's go to market teams. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to influence outcomes without formal authority, with success measured in net new customer growth, funnel conversion, AI adoption, new routes to market, and the strength of alignment between Product and Revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own BILL's top of funnel and mid funnel performance, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to diagnose pipeline leakage and close the most significant drivers of conversion loss by segment and channel.
  • Drive multi-product attach across AP/AR, Spend & Expense, and embedded finance as a core growth and retention lever, partnering with Customer Success and Product to address the root causes of early stage churn.
  • Evaluate BILL's go to market channels, including Direct, Accountant, and Partners, build the case for new routes to market, and lead pilot programs for new channels or partnership models from concept through investment recommendation.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Revenue, establishing a regular operating rhythm, translating product capabilities into commercial narratives, and resolving friction between roadmap priorities and go to market needs.
  • Own an end-to-end view of the customer journey from first touch through active customer, leading cross-functional redesigns of high-friction segments and measuring journey health through conversion, time-in-stage, and drop-off metrics.
  • Build and maintain an inventory of AI use cases across Revenue, develop a prioritized AI adoption roadmap, and drive adoption from pilot to embedded, measurable usage across sellers, marketers, CSMs, and support agents.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering, Data, and Product to build agentic workflows that replace repetitive, low judgment tasks, tracking recaptured capacity as a primary measure of program success alongside adoption and business outcomes.

We'd love to chat if you have:

  • At least eight (8) years of progressive experience across Go-to-Market strategy, revenue leadership, and business strategy, with a track record of driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor at a senior level, influencing executive decisions and leading cross-functional efforts without relying on organizational authority or headcount.
  • Experience working at the intersection of Product and Revenue, with a clear point of view on aligning roadmap priorities to commercial outcomes.
  • Meaningful hands-on experience applying AI and automation to revenue or go to market problems, with a track record of driving adoption and measuring results.
  • Analytical rigor and comfort working with complex, imperfect data to build business cases and make confident recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to represent the Revenue organization's perspective credibly across Product, Finance, and the C-suite.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience evaluating and launching new business models, channels, or routes to market, including the financial modeling and operational planning required to move from concept to execution.
  • Strong command of end-to-end customer journey redesign to improve conversion, reduce friction, and increase efficiency.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a similarly complex multi-product, multi-channel business.
