About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll act as the go-to strategic partner for a portfolio of advisory firms and RIAs. You’ll lead success planning, guide adoption, troubleshoot challenges, and serve as the voice of your clients internally. Your impact will be seen in stronger client relationships, smarter platform use, and measurable business growth — for them and for us.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale experience for a portfolio of RIA and enterprise clients — from onboarding through long-term growth.
- Lead success planning conversations to align client goals with platform strategy, timelines, and KPIs.
- Drive product adoption by coordinating training, feature rollouts, and strategic touchpoints.
- Be the internal voice of your clients — surfacing insights to Product, Operations, Trading, and Support teams.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement, platform expansion, and account retention.
- Navigate custodian transitions, advisor onboarding, and organizational changes with clarity and confidence.
- Track client health and proactively resolve issues before they escalate — keeping relationships strong and productive.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance the client experience and Amplify’s service model.

- Internal collaboration/project tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack) What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in client success, advisor services, or platform relationship management — ideally within fintech or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of RIA operations, investment platforms, and advisor-client dynamics.
- Excellent communicator — skilled at breaking down complex topics, leading strategic conversations, and building trust.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple clients, projects, and timelines with a calm, proactive mindset.
- Natural collaborator and problem solver — someone who makes things easier, not harder.
- Bonus points for experience with custodial transitions, CFP certification, or Series 6/7 licensing.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: From $75,000+ based on experience
