About Us

Amplify is a purpose-built wealth management ecosystem designed to empower modern financial advisory firms. We bring together cutting-edge technology, curated investment solutions, and hands-on operational support into a single, intuitive platform. Our goal is simple: help RIAs, OSJs, and broker-dealers operate smarter, scale faster, and serve clients better. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Amplify is redefining what it means to grow in financial services.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales funnel—prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads that directly impact Amplify’s growth. If you're eager to build a sales career, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love turning cold leads into warm conversations, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms to generate qualified leads
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to build a healthy pipeline
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track activity and manage leads
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and book introductory calls for our sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity-based metrics (calls, emails, meetings set)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (bonus if in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services)
  • A natural communicator who’s confident on the phone and articulate over email
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing outreach in a CRM system
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
  • Team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Starting at $65,000+ BOE
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Health savings account
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off

Location Scottsdale, AZ (in-office role)
