Testudo is a Lloyd's of London Coverholder building the risk infrastructure to insure the AI economy. We write generative AI liability insurance with the backing of four Lloyd's syndicates, alongside the real-time risk monitoring technology behind it, so that companies can deploy AI and agents confidently.

We are a strong team operating across New York and London. This role is in New York.

We are building a category that did not exist two years ago. The roles we will need eighteen months from now have not been written yet, and some of the best people we have met did not fit a posting when they found us. • Prefer remote or hybrid.

• $150,000 - $250,000 base + meaningful equity, for roles at this level. If what you are proposing sits outside that, say so and tell us why.

• New York. In-office, five days a week.

• Relocation support available. Visa sponsorship depends on the role.
