About This Role
We are looking for an RPA Developer who thrives on turning manual chaos into streamlined automation. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end journey of robotic process automation—from hunting for high-impact opportunities within business units to deploying and maintaining the bots that keep our operations humming. Your goal is to build reliable, scalable "digital workers" that allow our human teams to focus on the high-value work they do best.
What You'll Do:
- Architect End-to-End Solutions: Independently design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows that don't just work—they excel. You'll own the full lifecycle from the first line of code to the final production rollout.
- Consult & Discover: Partner with cross-functional teams to "look under the hood" of their processes. You’ll analyze their workflows, determine if automation is feasible, and provide strategic recommendations to make their lives easier.
- Keep the Gears Turning: Take ownership of "Bot Health." You’ll monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune existing automations to ensure they stay reliable and minimize any potential downtime.
- Write the Playbook: Maintain high-quality documentation for every project. From design specs to testing protocols, you’ll ensure our automation library is "audit-ready" and easy to navigate.
- Mentor & Influence: As a senior member of the initial development tier, you’ll share your "lessons learned" and best practices with the team, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively experiment with the latest RPA tools and industry trends, ensuring our automation stack remains modern and competitive.
Who You Are:
- A Proven Builder: You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or a similar automation-focused role, with a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Tool-Agnostic & Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in major RPA platforms (like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) and have the scripting chops (Python, Java, or C#) to handle complex integrations.
- An Analytical Thinker: You don't just follow instructions; you look at a process and see the logic gaps. You have a knack for identifying where automation can provide the highest ROI.
- A Clear Communicator: You can take a complex technical workflow and explain it to a non-technical stakeholder in a way that makes sense and builds excitement.
- A Problem Solver: When a bot breaks at 2:00 PM, you’re the one who enjoys the "detective work" required to find the root cause and implement a permanent fix.
