Do you know how to stay calm under pressure, lead a team, investigate incidents, identify potential risks, and create an environment where people feel safe?

Glenmont Job Corps Center is looking for an experienced Safety & Security Manager to lead our Safety & Security Department.

This is more than a traditional security position.

As the Safety & Security Manager, you'll oversee the people, procedures, and programs that help keep our students, employees, visitors, buildings, and campus safe.

Think of this role as a combination of department leader, safety professional, investigator, trainer, problem-solver, and student advocate.

🌱 Overseeing the Center's Environmental Health Program

You'll regularly ask:

  • Document findings
  • Complete required incident and accident reports
  • Track follow-up actions
