Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true Brand Ambassador: welcoming each client with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience both in-store and online.
Your contribution will be essential to strengthening the brand image and achieving sales goals through quality service and trusted relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an elevated client experience, promoting the brand, products, and loyalty programs with every interaction

  • Understand client needs, present products with confidence, and guide them toward the best choice

  • Build long-term client relationships, fostering trust, loyalty, and repeat business

  • Actively contribute to individual and team sales targets, supporting the store’s commercial success

  • Support omnichannel sales initiatives, including Click & Collect, Seek & Send, and in-store digital tools

  • Handle client requests and feedback professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed

  • Maintain the store’s presentation and organization, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas, to meet brand standards

  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash operations in compliance with company policies

  • Take initiative on the sales floor, supporting team members and helping maintain smooth operations

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Passionate about men’s fashion and delivering exceptional service

  • Demonstrates proactivity, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with the team

  • Previous experience in premium, or fashion retail is preferred

  • Comfortable supporting junior team members and stepping up when needed, but not in a formal management role

  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons, with the ability to work at least 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) depending on business needs

Pay Transparency (New York State)

In compliance with New York State and New York City pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00 – 23.00 an hour, plus Commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in men’s fashion, luxury, or premium brands

  • Proven experience achieving sales targets and KPIs

  • Strong ability to coach, support, and collaborate with teammates on the sales floor

  • Passion for fashion and customer service excellence

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and connect with diverse customers

  • Understanding of fashion trends, seasonal styles, and the competitive landscape

  • Proficient with POS systems, inventory management software, and digital omnichannel tools (e.g., Click & Collect, Seek & Send)

  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods

    • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons; must be available at least 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) depending on business needs
