In this role, you will own relationships with small and mid-market prospects, managing the full sales cycle for accounts up to 300 employees and supporting RFP responses for organizations up to 3,000 employees. You are a self-starter who is comfortable owning a deal from first touch to close, while also collaborating with the broader Sales team on larger opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and contribute to a shared library of standardized RFP responses and approved content
- Tailor responses to each prospect's specific requirements, industry context, and evaluation criteria
Full Sales Cycle for Small Prospects (up to 300 employees)

- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Run discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, workflows, and decision-making processes
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to each prospect's needs
- Develop and present proposals, handle objections, and drive deals to close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pipeline activity and deal progress in the CRM
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team at deal close
General Sales Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and route Enterprise opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead conversion
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
- Share market and competitive insights gathered from prospect conversations with the broader team
- Continuously develop product knowledge to credibly represent our solution across a variety of use cases
