Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)- Support the SVP of Sales and category sales team with day-to-day coordination, administrative needs, and sales-related priorities.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent requests and deadlines, ensuring important deliverables and follow-ups stay on track.
- Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and other logistical needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, reports, and other documents that help the team effectively serve clients and advance business opportunities.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with internal partners, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the sales organization.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and information to support efficient team operations.
- Anticipate team needs, identify potential issues, and proactively help develop solutions in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate across the sales organization and with cross-functional partners, contributing a positive, team-oriented approach.
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, administration, media, advertising, or a related environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and senior leaders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when priorities shift or deadlines are tight.
- Proactive, collaborative approach and a positive, can-do mindset.
- Comfort working independently while also contributing as a dependable member of a team.
- Experience supporting a sales, advertising, media, or client-facing organization is preferred.
- This role is based in New York City and requires working in the office four days per week.

The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
