Our Sales Development Representatives (“SDRs”) are essential to Tabnine’s growth. As the first point of contact for prospects interested in Tabnine, SDR’s work to ensure a great first impression and experience throughout the sales cycle. As a specialist in your craft and with a focus on developing new business your feedback helps shape Tabnine’s go-to-market strategy.

At Tabnine, SDR’s are mentored, supported and developed to become the next cohort of Inside Sales reps, leaders and professionals. Our goal is to build a world class organization developed from our SDR program.

Requirements:

  • Must be fearless on the phone and persistent in initial reach out & follow-up with accounts over time
  • Hustle, Heart, Humility. We are in a startup…so hustling is the default behavior. Selling new tech into new customers takes heart and persistence. Humility is expected…so check your ego and office politics at the door.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Well organized, self-motivated to make calls everyday and communicate effectively with internal teams and prospects in a productive manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a changing and evolving environment
  • Adaptable to new processes and ability to work cross-functionally and develop relationships with  both internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with products for developers or other technical users.
  • Experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or others) - a big plus.
  • Previous experience with outbound sales in Enterprise accounts is required
