About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to spearhead our next generation of outbound. This role sits at the nexus of marketing, sales, and product, dedicated to crafting and executing pioneering outbound growth strategies across existing and frontier markets.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter possessing a disciplined approach to data analysis and project management and a keen aptitude using AI. Solidus is a startup operating at the forefront of the digital assets space, ushering the convergence of digital assets and traditional finance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement innovative outbound strategies to acquire new customers, driving the companies’ ARR growth.
  • Support event-driven GTM initiatives through targeted post-event follow-up campaigns, executive outreach, pipeline acceleration strategies, and multi-threaded account engagement.
  • Own outbound activity and pipeline generation KPIs while continuously optimizing sequencing, messaging, targeting, and conversion performance.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify pipeline gaps, refine outreach strategies, and uncover new expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic account research to identify high-fit customer profiles, market opportunities, buying signals, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across digital assets and traditional finance.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to launch multi-channel GTM campaigns that generate new leads for our pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to launch multi-channel GTM campaigns that generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Monitor market feedback and metrics to refine outbound processes and strategies.
  • Maintain an enriched CRM for marketing and sales outreach segmentation.
  • Use AI to reach our target audience more effectively while more efficiently running and executing the end to end Top of Funnel activity. 
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, and/or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading outbound campaigns or something similar in a fast-paced GTM organization.
  • Strong understanding of modern outbound methodologies including multi-threading, account-based outreach, signal-based prospecting, and AI-assisted personalization.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in spreadsheets, data quality analytics, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong interest in exploring, launching, and scaling new GTM AI technologies to improve sales development productivity and effectiveness

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience with data enrichment platforms (Zoominfo, Clay, etc.), CRMs (Hubspot, sequencing tools (Salesloft, Outreach.IO, etc.).
  • Experience with Quoting tools like Revops.io or similar tools
  • Experience working with AI tools like Claude, Zapier or others to advance outbound strategy, look alike campaigns, Top of Funnel sequencing and agentic workflows 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in pre-sales function or a high-growth startup.
  • Passionate about financial sector, crypto, and/or web3
