As a GTM Associate, Manager, you will lead and develop our team of SDRs, the frontline of our outbound strategy. You will coach, motivate, and scale a high-performing group responsible for driving prospecting efforts, booking meetings, and nurturing leads, ensuring our message resonates in the competitive AI landscape.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs, providing coaching, structure, and accountability

  • Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and contacting potential prospects

  • Oversee the execution of personalized, structured prospecting campaigns to secure meetings

  • Manage high-volume outreach processes while ensuring quality and effective follow-up

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies

  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness

Who you are
  • A proven leader with experience managing or mentoring outbound sales or business development teams

  • Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated with a track record of success in cold outbound outreach

  • Highly coachable and eager to coach others, fostering a culture of continuous learning

  • Comfortable with high-volume interactions and resilient in the face of rejection

  • Detail-oriented in personalizing outreach, ensuring each prospect feels uniquely valued

Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $170,000 before commission. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
