About Hypha

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused first on commercial real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:

Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders

Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking

Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, ambitious SDR to help build our outbound motion. The buyers we sell to are asset managers, capital allocators, and operators who have seen every pitch. You will need to move fast on qualification while bringing genuine market knowledge and consultative instincts to each conversation.

You will work alongside GTM engineering, partner with account executives on account strategy, and feed intelligence back into how we position and sell.

Core Competencies

  • Get deep on the product and the market — understand how our buyers operate and where their current workflows fall short

  • Own top-of-funnel market mapping across CRE lending and asset management verticals

  • Run outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and referral networks with messaging tailored to each prospect's situation

  • Work alongside GTM engineering within signal-based outbound infrastructure, adding context and personalization on top

  • Hold sharp discovery conversations with senior stakeholders and connect real business problems to Hypha's value

  • Find creative ways into accounts — conference attendance, community engagement, warm introductions, content-led outreach, and anything else that earns a conversation with the right person

  • Bring market intelligence back to the GTM team regularly — objections, patterns, gaps in positioning

Ideal Candidate

  • CRE background — Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or fintech, especially CRE lending or asset management. This is a strong preference, not a nice to have.

  • Strong communicator — Exceptional written and verbal communication. Outreach that gets replies, discovery calls that build trust.

  • Signal-driven — Comfortable working from data. Knows which accounts to prioritize and can explain why.

  • High energy — Strong follow-through and genuine interest in the craft of sales. Moves fast and treats pipeline generation seriously.

  • Process-oriented — Builds repeatable motions, documents what works, and leaves workflows better than they found them.

  • Curious about AI — Willing to adopt intelligent tooling as a real part of how they work, not just a novelty.

  • Self-directed — Comfortable with ambiguity and takes ownership in environments where the playbook is still being written.

What Sets You Apart

  • 1 to 2 years in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role. B2B SaaS, fintech, or proptech background is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and engage at the executive level

  • Experience as an early GTM hire, building and executing at the same time

  • Bachelor's degree minimum

Why Join Hypha

  • Be at the cutting edge of applied AI

  • Have a large scope and real impact on the company

  • Work directly with the leadership team

  • Strong career growth opportunities as we scale

  • Competitive compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 base salary and equity

If you're ready to help build the future of asset management and are excited by the challenge of bringing AI-driven solutions to complex financial workflows, we want to hear from you.
