About Nomic

Nomic is the domain-specific AI platform accelerating the design and construction of the built world. We deploy AI agents that understand drawings, specs, codes, and project data-working inside the systems AEC teams already use, without moving data or replacing existing tools. Firms use Nomic to automate drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, and project research.

We work with top-four global engineering and construction firms and are growing quickly across North America, APAC, and the Middle East.

Nomic equips our revenue teams with the best AI tooling available, you will sell our product using state-of-the-art tools for research, outreach, and deal execution, alongside engineers and researchers who have built some of the most capable systems in the industry.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to build the top of Nomic's sales funnel. Your day will primarily be spent making calls to, and replying to messages from, senior and executive staff at AEC firms worldwide across inbound, nearbound, outbound, and special event channels. Successful engagements will end with you scheduling meetings for Nomic’s Inside Sales and Account Executive team members.

This is not a role where you dial into the void. Some of the largest engineering and construction firms in the world already run on Nomic, and the reference stories are real. Your job is to get the right people at the next set of firms into a first conversation: digital transformation leaders, practice heads, IT and innovation teams. This sales motion has a track record of success at Nomic, and you will be joining the team that is scaling it.

We are hiring on aptitude, not years. An AEC industry background, AI-fluency, or sales experience are all helpful; but the ability to learn quickly and continually improve is equally valuable. You will be expected to become an expert in Nomic’s product capabilities, knowledgeable of the AEC industry, and a relentless dialer. Lists will be provided for you, and CRM button clicks will be kept to a minimum. A successful hire will be immersed in the product, industry, and conversations with prospects everyday.
