☕️ The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – New York

Following several recent SDR promotions, we’re growing our sales team.

You’ll be the engine of our revenue growth, generating qualified enterprise leads and working with experienced Account Executives to turn opportunities into new business.

We’re looking for experienced SDRs or Business Development reps (12–24 months) who want to learn, take on new challenges and accelerate their career. Our track record of promoting top SDRs speaks for itself.
 

✊ Your Mission

  • Identify new business opportunities with ideal enterprise prospects
  • Clearly communicate the challenges our personas face and hackajob’s value proposition
  • Generate qualified opportunities each month through cold calls, email, video and LinkedIn
  • Partner with marketing to nurture white-paper leads and feedback on campaigns
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening
  • Own your prospecting pipeline and maintain excellent CRM hygiene

  • Account identification: Spot buying triggers and high-conversion accounts
  • Executive presence: Mirror and match energy, tailor messaging for different personas
  • Cold calling & emailing: Weekly call reviews, email audits and real-time feedback
  • Ongoing weekly sales training on proven methodologies
