Your Job

Your job as an SDR is simple: generate and close new business.

You’re responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting business owners into signed sale agreements. We focus on founder-led businesses with $1–10M+ valuations, so you’ll be speaking directly with serious operators running meaningful companies.

That means building a pipeline, qualifying quickly, and driving urgency with owners who care about outcomes.

This is a high-ownership, high-output role. Speed, follow-up, and judgment matter.

You’ll work across the full motion, from first touch through to signed agreement, alongside the team.

You are on the front lines of revenue.
