The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Sales Director / Senior Sales Director to join our Client team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales prospecting and winning new enterprise clients to meet strategic revenue targets and help scale a profitable business.
Whether you are an established Sales Director or a Senior Sales Director with extensive domain expertise, you will successfully build a strong sales funnel, prospect, and close new accounts through consultative selling and deep product knowledge. This role requires an organized, strategic, and detail-oriented sales leader who thrives managing high-value prospects in a fast-paced environment. This position reports SVP/EVP of Client organization. Business travel will be part of your remit.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong, repeatable enterprise sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate, timely forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Become a subject matter expert on all PureSpectrum products and platform capabilities.
- Deliver highly effective, tailored product demos to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Client Development, Operations, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5 to 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience within Market Research, ResTech, or equivalent tech/data platforms (open to mid-level Sales Directors through Senior Sales Directors).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding enterprise quota targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical professional experience.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Strong pipeline management, organization, and consultative deal execution skills.
- Sound judgment, strategic decision-making, and analytical aptitude.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, NetSuite, etc.) and core productivity tools (MS Office/Excel).
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive Base Salary: Up to $200,000 Base (commensurate with experience level).
- Variable Comp & Incentives: Lucrative commission structure plus signing bonuses for top talent.
