Job Description

Our growing team is seeking a Sales Director located within the state of Texas to lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives within the assigned territory.
While this is a home-based role, travel is required.


Manages a direct sales team responsible for selling assigned products and services within a designated geographic region or industry segment. Leads a team accountable for self-generating all business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other outbound business development activities. Develops revenue, volume, and market share objectives for the assigned team and market area. Establishes and achieves sales and budget goals and executes effective marketing strategies for the products and services sold. Builds and maintains profitable customer relationships. Identifies and monitors market trends and competitor activity to strengthen the team’s competitive position. Develops and administers the annual budget for the assigned area. Cultivates relationships with industry associations and community networks to expand market opportunities. Trains, motivates, coaches, and provides daily leadership to the assigned sales team.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience

- Ability to travel

- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $114,750.00 - 140,250.00
