We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our vibrant growing Sales organization as a Sales Director, US. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of closing new business in the financial services market. Strong understanding of the financial services and banking industry with a focus on financial crime compliance is essential. The Sales Director will penetrate new customer accounts, establish and grow customer relationships and associated revenue through selling mission critical software solutions to the banking and financial services sector across North America.

The ideal candidate will bring their existing network of contacts across the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy leveraging Thetaray’s resources for named accounts. 
  • Working collaboratively with the Thetaray sales ecosystem manage the end-to-end sales cycle for new logo customers in the Banking channel
  • Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and partner with customers to deeply     understand and satisfy their business needs.
  • Build and maintain, strong relationships with strategic clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our value proposition in the marketplace and educate prospects, customers, and the financial markets in-order to drive customer-centric value.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial crime compliance solutions to the finance industry (ideally banking) as well as to enterprises with executive and C-level interactions.
  • A true sales hunter with a proven track record of overachieving on targets.
  • Existing relationships with US banks where you are seen as a thought leader/partner and SME – big advantage
  • 8+ years experience as a hands-on sales executive in an international software company.
  • Prior early-stage (start-up/scale-up) experience would be an advantage.
  • Must be hands-on, self-disciplined with strong integrity.

Additional Information



  • Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE
  • Company stock options 
  • 401k + Health Insurance 
  • Food card ($250 a month for online lunch ordering)
  • 5 sick days per year will be fully paid
