Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across holding companies, independent agencies, and direct marketers.
Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, designing and delivering tailored programmatic activations in collaboration with inPowered’s solutions and customer success teams.
Build long-term account strategies to drive sustainable growth, respond to RFPs, and support upfront media planning and buying.
Generate a high volume of sales activity, including calls, meetings, presentations, proposals, and client engagements.
Establish and maintain senior-level relationships within agencies and brands; lead campaign ideation aligned to client business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or ad tech.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, and ad tech platforms), audience targeting, media optimization strategies, and data-driven brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-oriented sales.
- Strong industry contacts and territory knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including compelling presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage high volumes of outbound sales activity while maintaining strategic focus.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
