What will you do

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll focus on improving sales readiness, messaging consistency, and execution excellence across the go-to-market organization.

You will lead the effort working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our teams have the skills, content, and confidence to engage effectively with prospects and customers.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advantage to previous experience from a Cybersecurity Startup company.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate experienced sellers.
  • Proven track record in developing onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps).
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms.

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 — $160,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)

Location Preference: This position is preferred to be based in the Eastern United States.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
