In this role, you'll work closely with our Partnership, Sales, and Product teams to bring our products to life for Partners and customers alike. Job Requirements
We want to hear from you if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales Sales Engineering/Solutions Consulting role supporting SaaS and B2B software sales, including 1-2 years experience with channel or alliance partners in a pre-sales capacity.
- Global experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners across EMEA, the Americas, and APJ, navigating diverse cultures and time zones.
- Bring a start-up style, builder's mentality to architect and roll out a global Partnership SE program--defining strategy, tools, and best practices as you go.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for winning, with a team player mentality.
- The ability to be resourceful and motivated to succeed.
- Multiple language skills are an advantage!
Job Responsibilities
- Work alongside our global Partnerships team to drive consistent and repeatable value for our partners.
- Prepare and deliver tailored, engaging technical demonstrations that clearly connect our platform's features to customers' unique business challenges and people-first goals.
- Support multi-threaded discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders across multiple partner types (technology, channel, broker, private equity) to uncover KPIs, strategic initiatives, and pain points.
- Build genuine connections with partners and customers through consultative conversations that uncover pain points and strategic objectives--co-creating solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, sales, product, and services teams to understand and translate partner and customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead structured technical onboarding for new partners while serving as their primary technical pointof contact to build trust and accelerate partner-led deals.
- Champion the voice of partners and customers by providing clear, prioritized feedback to product teams, influencing the evolution of HiBob's platform to better serve the people and organizations we support.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to identify partner and customer needs, track engagement, and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks during pre-sales and implementation phases.
- In partnership with the Solutions Architecture team, lead internal training sessions on new tech partner integrations and positioning for AE/AM and SE team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, webhooks) and security compliance to ensure customer solutions are scalable and secure.
