- Sales Execution & Performance
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.

- Share market insights and practical experience to support overall sales effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting, advisory, or healthcare/medical device sectors.
- Strong experience in consultative / solution-based selling.
- Proven ability to develop markets and execute strategies independently.
- Experience working with regional or global teams.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native or fluent Korean is required for client-facing activities. Strong working proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with global teams.
