What you’ll do

  • Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify federal and public sector solution-based sales opportunities. 
  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assume ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and beyond.
  • Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
  • Provide feedback to management and marketing teams on prospects reactions and questions about Kyriba’s solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other team members on enterprise accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with other Kyriba teams including pre-sales, product, value engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and legal.
  • Travel throughout sales territory to cultivate relationships with target prospects, partners, and related associations.
  • Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing regular updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume.

What you bring

  • 5 - 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise cloud software, working with federal and the public sector (This is a core requirement).
  • Exhibits a natural “hunter” mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close sales.
  • Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities and conclude business.
  • A strong background SaaS products in Treasury, Payments, FX / Currency Risk, Supply Chain Finance is a big plus.
  • Experience with comprehensive account planning, relationship mapping, and business strategy mapping following sales methodologies like Target Account Selling or similar.
  • A proven track record of navigating significant complexities and obstacles by bringing innovation and creativity to the sales process, whilst meeting the varying demands of multiple stakeholders.
  • An unrelenting focus on customer related problems.
  • Strong in consultative and insight-based selling.
  • Experience articulating complex solutions to multiple decision makers and executives.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $133,250.00 - $168,575.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
