CoCreativ is a leading creative production company providing end-to-end solutions through Industrial Color, Smashbox Studios, and Globaledit. Together, our companies support brands and creative teams across photography, video, post-production, CGI, e-commerce content, studio services, and creative workflow technology.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth for Industrial Color.

This is a new-business sales role focused on building relationships with brands, agencies, and enterprise clients and creating opportunities across Industrial Color's production and creative services.

You'll be responsible for developing your own pipeline, opening new relationships, navigating complex sales processes, and closing new business. You'll work closely with production, marketing, revenue operations, and business leadership throughout the sales process.

This is a hybrid role based in New York, with in-office work in Tribeca Tuesday through Thursday.

What You’ll Do
  • Own new business development for Industrial Color and build a pipeline that supports annual revenue targets.
  • Prospect across brands, agencies, enterprise marketing organizations, and procurement teams.
  • Use your existing network and outbound prospecting to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with senior creative, production, marketing, agency, and procurement leaders.
  • Identify new opportunities across traditional production, AI-driven production, post-production, CGI, e-commerce, and related creative services.
  • Lead capability presentations, pitch meetings, studio tours, and other client-facing sales conversations.
  • Navigate RFPs, RFIs, vendor onboarding, procurement processes, MSAs, rate cards, and preferred-supplier programs.
  • Qualify opportunities and partner with production teams to understand scope, deliverables, timing, budget, and client requirements.
  • Partner with production and finance on estimates, pricing, margin considerations, and commercial strategy.
  • Lead proposal and RFP response strategy and coordinate the appropriate internal contributors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and move opportunities through contract and close.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Client Partnerships and business unit leaders where existing client relationships create new-business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for Globaledit and Smashbox Studios when relevant to client needs.
  • Share market and client intelligence with leadership to help inform sales strategy and business priorities.
  • Represent CoCreativ and Industrial Color at client meetings, industry events, dinners, and other business-development opportunities.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role within creative production, content, marketing services, or a related industry.
  • A demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing complex, high-value services engagements.
  • Strong new-business development skills and the ability to build pipeline through both existing relationships and proactive outbound activity.
  • An established network across brands, agencies, production organizations, or enterprise marketing teams.
  • Experience selling to advertising agencies and a strong understanding of how agencies evaluate and purchase production services.
  • Experience selling directly to senior brand-side creative, production, marketing, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of creative production and the ability to speak credibly about production workflows, budgets, timelines, post-production, CGI, and related services.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, RFPs, vendor onboarding, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience selling services rather than exclusively software or transactional products.
  • Strong commercial judgment around pricing, margin, negotiation, and deal structure.
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging creative technology and how they are changing content production.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach and comfort building business without relying on a fully established lead-generation function.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel and attend occasional client dinners, industry events, and evening activations.

Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 annually. This position is also expected to participate in a variable incentive/commission plan, with the structure currently being finalized and details to be shared during the interview process.Ranges are based on various factors, including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

Our benefits package is designed to support your health, well-being, and time outside of work. It includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an FSA, paid time off, summer Fridays, and regular office events that bring our teams together.
