Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, coaching, and leading a team of sales associates in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at driving outbound sales activity, developing talent, and executing strategies that deliver consistent results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, lead, and be accountable for a team of sales associates, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded
  • Set clear sales targets and develop scalable sales strategies
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales associates
  • Drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Monitor individual and team performance, addressing gaps and celebrating wins
  • Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of sales associates in a sales leadership role
  • Proven high-volume cold calling experience (required)
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and current trends
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing sales team

Additional Information

Compensation is $100,000/year plus bonus and commission
