This role reports to the Manager, General Manager.

  • Serve as a key stakeholder in shaping the infrastructure and operational strategy of the agency

  • Maintain strong relationships with delegated insurance carrier partners and support carrier-related initiatives

Team Building & Training

  • Support hiring efforts by interviewing and onboarding new insurance agents across multiple locations

  • Design and facilitate ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and skills refreshers

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric team culture

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on agent and team performance trends

  • Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify insights and drive actionable improvements

  • Track progress toward team goals and provide regular updates to leadership

Your experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience managing and coaching sales professionals, ideally in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment

  • 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with agency experience strongly preferred

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • Demonstrated success improving sales performance and consistently achieving or exceeding team goals

  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management best practices

  • Experience using dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to manage team performance

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Experience with CRM systems, comparative raters, agency management systems (AMS), and other insurance technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience scaling a sales organization within a digital or tech-enabled insurance environment

  • Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize workflows and team productivity

  • Background in national or multi-state insurance sales organizations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action
