About the Role

We’re hiring a Manager of Account Executives to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization at Broccoli AI.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, knows how to drive pipeline and revenue performance, and can coach AEs to consistently exceed quota. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture, hiring strategy, and go-to-market execution as we scale nationally.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives

  • Drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and sales execution

  • Improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics

  • Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp top-performing sales talent

  • Conduct call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing coaching

  • Maintain high accountability and performance standards across the sales team

 
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with 1+ years in sales leadership

  • Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams

  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments

  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions

  • Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong operational discipline

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

  • Experience selling into SMB or home service industries is a plus

  • Experience with AI, automation, or vertical SaaS is a plus

 
Compensation & Benefits
  • $250,000–$300,000 OTE
