Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Be the Sales Ops Business Partner to the global sales teams.
  • Support the weekly demand generation and sales forecasting processes.
  • Develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with sales leaders to drive and manage the business.
  • Provide proactive sales data analysis and recommendations to help sales leaders make informed strategic decisions.
  • Track Sales KPIs and challenge sales leadership and field executives to improve data hygiene by ensuring that necessary details are up to date in Salesforce.com.
  • Track partner performance in line with established business plans
  • Provide support on CRM (Salesforce.com) reporting requests and inquiry to the team.
  • Work cross-functionally and with counterparts in other regions to develop/refine sales processes and enhance CRM tools to drive higher productivity across the global sales team.
  • Ensure sales processes and policies are clearly communicated and being followed.
  • Work with Global Sales Ops on yearly sales capacity, budget, territory and quota planning in conjunction with Regional Sales Leaders and Finance.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for global sales leadership meetings, including quarterly business reviews.
  • Perform market analysis, end of quarter reports, board presentation decks, and CRO Keynotes
  • Work closely with the Sales Compensation team to resolve any issues with the sales team.
  • Handle projects of small to moderate scope and small to moderate complexity with minimal supervision.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications, preferably Salesforce CPQ.
  • Understanding of databases, and ability to extract and analyze data using Excel.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization that can scale quickly.
  • Exhibit sound business judgement, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of tasks.
Base compensation for this role is: $68,600.00 - $86,750.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
