Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds, and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations!

This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner closely with sales leadership to optimize processes, identify new insights that grow the business, maximize sales team efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making within our growing sales organization.

What you’ll do:
  • Reporting - Work closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, support quarter-end close, and prepare the forecast and reporting required for financial planning and executive and board materials. Develop and maintain dashboards and complex reports to provide visibility into key sales metrics.
  • Data Analysis - Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across the sales process, pricing, and ideal customer profile
  • Enablement & Project Management - Support sales team enablement by refining processes, training on those process revisions, creating easy to understand guides, and ensuring alignment with broader company goals
  • Systems - Own the day-to-day management of HubSpot (our CRM), ensuring data integrity and optimized workflows. Assist in evaluating and implementing other sales tools and automation solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing, finance, implementation, and revenue teams to ensure alignment and seamless operations
  • Territory Management - Manage territory and lead distribution to ensure sales reps maintain a healthy pipeline, receive equitable account assignments, and have a balanced mix of core ICP and experimental accounts
  • Support Account Enrichment - Enhance account data by identifying and filling key information gaps to support company qualification
You should have:
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role (ex. Revenue Operations, Business Operations, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot (or other CRMs like Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience modeling sales data, reporting, and forecasting
  • Python experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

Compensation: $95,000 - $145,000 OTE, dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications.
