Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

About the role

District Managers serve as the engine driving our revenue strategy. However, administrative and tactical tasks—such as gathering pipeline updates, managing escalations, and assembling QSR materials—frequently detract from their primary focus. The Sales Operations Business Partner directly addresses this challenge by assuming ownership of these functions.

Operating within a designated group of districts across the AMER Enterprise or Commercial segment, you will collaborate closely with District Managers to drive operational workflow, maintain data integrity, and interface with key partners across Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Channel, and SEs among other teams. By streamlining operational tasks, you enable DMs to dedicate more focus to team coaching and deal execution. While forecast ownership and team leadership remain with the DM, your mandate is to deliver precise, timely, and fully managed support across underlying Sales processes.

This role is a trusted business partner position requiring strong analytical abilities, business partnering, and strong communication skills. It serves as a key pillar for operational execution in Sales Operations. As you partner with leadership, optimize district workflows, and manage cross-departmental coordination, the role offers a path toward Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Manager positions—bringing expanded scope, increased strategic influence, and elevated partnership with senior sales leadership.

What you will do
  • Pipeline hygiene. Track pipeline quality in Salesforce and Clari across your districts. Follow up with AEs to update and clean opportunities, and flag hygiene gaps to the DM.
  • Forecast preparation. Pull district data ahead of weekly forecast calls, flag anomalies and changes, and prepare the roll-up the DM reviews.
  • Escalation triage. Take in customer and internal escalations, route them to the right team, and track each one to resolution so the DM is not the default inbox.
  • Deal Desk coordination. As required, follow up on Deal Desk requests and communicate approval status back to the DM and AE.
  • POC and expedite tracking. Monitor POC and expedite requests, keep stakeholders updated, and coordinate logistics across teams.
  • QSR preparation. Pull District data and build pre-work for Quarterly Sales Reviews, then track post-meeting action items to closure.
  • Annual planning support. Support territory and district data analysis, capacity modeling, and annual planning preparation.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Act as the district’s day-to-day contact for Finance, Legal, Channel, Marketing, and SE teams on operational requests.
  • Requests and cadence. Handle reporting requests and operational asks from DMs, and keep a working cadence (a weekly sync with each DM plus forecast call support).
How this role fits

You will work alongside the Regional Sales Operations team, which owns region-wide consistency, governance, and leadership reporting. Your focus is narrower and deeper: the day-to-day operations of your assigned districts. Forecast commits, deal strategy, AE coaching, and executive customer relationships stay with the District Manager.

What success looks like in your first six months
  • Your DMs report more time spent coaching AEs and less time on operational work.
  • Deal Desk and escalation cycle times in your districts get faster.
  • Pipeline hygiene in your districts improves and forecast calls start from clean data.
  • QSR prep takes your DMs noticeably less time, while delivering higher value insights.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or another analytical, business-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Clari or a similar forecasting tool is a plus.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. High familiarity with using AI to build dashboards, synthesize data, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Very organized, with a habit of following things through to the end across many open requests at once.
  • Track record of acting as a business partner, not just a reporting resource
  • Comfortable holding sales teams to process (for example, asking AEs to update pipeline) in a way that builds trust.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to summarize data simply for busy sales leaders.
  • Curiosity about how sales teams work and interest in growing a career in Sales Operations.
