SUMMARY

Act as the primary Sales Operations contact for the North American Business Development team, supporting commercial leadership through market analysis, operational support, data management, sales insights and the execution of regional initiatives while maintaining alignment with global standards. This role strengthens performance tracking, enhances commercial reporting capabilities, and supports the delivery of the Group's revenue growth objectives. Combining strong quantitative skills with commercial judgment and clear communication to influence decision-making at senior levels within a fast-paced financial services environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Market & Opportunity Analysis: Leverage Salesforce, external market data, and internal revenue systems to conduct market analysis, including client segmentation, TAM, and whitespace analysis. Translate insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations that inform sales strategy and resource allocation. Support the client engagement team in identifying priority target accounts, segments, and geographies.
  • Data Maintenance & Cleansing: Lead the triage, correction, and removal of inaccurate or incomplete data across core systems to ensure reporting and analysis are built on reliable data. Partner cross-functionally to identify root causes of data quality issues and drive remediation.
  • Trend & Cohort Analysis: Conduct trend and cohort analysis on client behavior, revenue performance, and sales activity to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. Use data insights to define the ideal client profile per product or sales campaign, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Sales Planning Support: Support sales planning activities, including territory and account alignment and sales capacity review, ensuring plans reflect the prioritization established through market and opportunity analysis.
  • Sales Campaign Analytics: Support the planning, execution, and performance measurement of sales campaigns. Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and return on investment, and recommend optimizations based on results.

 

  • Sales Operations Support: Provide day-to-day sales support, system guidance, order processing, and other core end-to-end process remediations. Manage CRM data and coordinate cross-team requests. Support reporting and analytics, team onboarding, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

 

  • Commercial Initiatives & Projects: Support and deliver global Sales Operations initiatives, including process improvements, data enhancement projects, system adoption activities and commercial programmes that drive growth and operational efficiency

Experience and Abilities:

  • Data & Analytics Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce data, market data, and internal revenue data to conduct market analysis and generate actionable commercial insight.
  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven ability to conduct trend analysis, cohort analysis, TAM sizing, and whitespace analysis.
  • Sales Strategy & Campaign Support: Experience supporting sales strategy development and sales campaign analytics and execution, including tracking performance metrics and recommending optimizations.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive strategic discussions and engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • System Proficiency: Technical experience with Salesforce, Excel, Power BI (or Similar). Knowledge of HubSpot (or similar)
  • Attention to Detail & Data Integrity: High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity across reporting and analysis.
  • Independence & Initiative: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality analysis under tight timelines.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role, preferably within financial services.
