The Solutions Consultant becomes an expert in the Tubular platform, demonstrating its value to media companies and brands. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, the role translates prospect needs and KPIs into compelling value propositions, manages demos and trials against clear success criteria, and supports API opportunities. This is an individual contributor role within Solutions Consulting, applying team methodologies and developing expertise at the intersection of data, media and sales.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Become a Tubular Social Video platform and customer expert, demonstrating at both a granular and high level the value the software provides to prospects.
  • Strategically craft effective and compelling value propositions that incorporate prospects’ KPIs to advance the buying process.
  • Manage the prospect demo and trial process with assigned sales representatives, ensuring prospects reach clear success criteria and understand the value of the platform.
  • Ask relevant probing questions to validate business issues and frame the Chartbeat solution around identified client needs.
  • Lead the scoping, qualification and estimation of API opportunities in collaboration with Engineering and Sales, ensuring prospects understand integration requirements and timelines; seek senior or manager support where complexity requires it.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on active deals and accounts, supporting prospects and clients throughout the buying process and providing clear handoffs of requirements and agreed scope to Customer Success or implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PMM to identify custom collateral and materials that strengthen the sales process and improve conversion.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to channel customer-facing feedback into roadmap decisions and surface technical insights that improve the platform.
  • Track demo and trial-related metrics to optimise the impact of Solutions Consulting on sales processes and contribute practical feedback to team improvements.
  • Apply team methodologies and adopt and iterate on AI-assisted workflows to improve day-to-day work, sharing useful practices with the team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS, media analytics or data vendor, ideally supporting media companies or brands. Experience in a complex B2B or enterprise sales environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of the social video and branded content ecosystem, including how YouTube, TikTok and Instagram drive measurable business outcomes for media companies and brands.
  • Ability to independently interpret data, identify trends and build clear narratives from raw numbers; solid understanding of media business models and how content performance data informs editorial and commercial decisions.
  • Ability to communicate Chartbeat’s business value succinctly, work with key stakeholders to prove ROI, and learn the unique business needs of a broad spectrum of companies.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to translate prospect needs into specific use cases and platform functionality.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations; confidence discussing technical requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort collaborating with sales personalities and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and adopting and iterating on AI-assisted workflows.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer opportunities and structured technical evaluations or proof-of-concept engagements, maintaining clear success criteria, timelines and stakeholder follow-through.
  • Confidence presenting to technical, commercial and executive audiences, adapting communication style and handling questions or objections effectively in live customer settings.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution documentation and customer technical due-diligence materials.
  • Working knowledge of relevant competitors and adjacent platforms, with the ability to articulate Chartbeat differentiation accurately and constructively

  • Salary range: $90K-$115K Base + variable
