Role: Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator

Location: We are seeking candidates who are primarily Eastern Timezone-based.

Role Overview: 

The Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing the success of our sales leadership across the world. This position will combine administrative excellence and operational support. The successful candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who will collaborate closely with the VPs of Sales, ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and effective communication. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Ensure all required steps and events (e.g., prep calls, internal calls, follow-ups, etc.) are scheduled and completed on time.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process.
    • Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders.
    • Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness.
  • Communication & Follow-Up:
    • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment.
    • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and milestones in CRM or other tracking systems.
    • Generate regular reports on sales cycle progress, bottlenecks, and completed actions.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements.
    • Help implement best practices for smoother coordination and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
