Title: Sales Supervisor
Type: Full time- Salaried exempt
Compensation: Base $80,000-$100,000 (DOE) + Commissions + Bonuses

Location: Lawrence NY - in the office 4 days per week - one day remote optional
The Role (What You’ll Do)

The Sales Supervisor is a hands-on management role responsible for generating new business while leading and developing a small team of sales representatives. This position is ideal for a proven sales professional who leads by example, establishes credibility through personal selling success, and enjoys coaching others to achieve their goals.

Working closely with sales leadership, the Sales Supervisor will help drive team performance, improve sales processes, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization. As the business expands and the role evolves, there is an opportunity to transition into a broader sales leadership and sales support position focused on building scalable systems, processes, and operational excellence.


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of sales representatives through regular one-on-one meetings, performance feedback, and ongoing support.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales goals while serving as a role model for the sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing accountability and guidance to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve team effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipelines, forecast sales activity, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales systems and best practices as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Multifamily, B2B and commercial industry exposure (PMCs, owners/operators, prop-tech, franchises, services)
  • Waste industry knowledge or vendor-management experience
  • SDR, BDR and Inside Sales experience a plus 
  • Salesforce, HubSpot or other similar CRM experience
