We are looking for a Senior Sales Training Partner with 7+ years of experience to drive the future of learning at Pinterest by implementing innovative learning strategies and leveraging the latest technologies to enhance our sales enablement efforts. Join a high-visibility role working closely with cross-functional partners to influence global training initiatives. What you will do: 

  • Strategic Curriculum Ownership: Oversee curriculum strategy and life cycle for role-based learning programs, from initial conception to ongoing maintenance and improvement.
  • Competency Model Ownership: Develop, implement, and continually refine a comprehensive competency model that serves as a foundation for learning path design and performance evaluation.
  • Learning Solution Development: Translate business needs and identify skill gaps into structured learning solutions, clearly linked to defined competencies and performance outcomes.
  • Learner-Centric Design: Build and maintain detailed learner personas to guide content design, modality selection, and learner engagement strategies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to articulate and define clear learning goals and objectives.
  • Principled Curriculum Design: Ensure all curriculum materials reflect cutting-edge adult learning principles and practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Utilize data analytics to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, learner engagement, and knowledge retention, applying insights to foster continuous improvement.
  • Program Delivery Management: Coordinate cross-functional timelines and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the timely and impactful delivery of learning programs. Foster collaboration and maintain open communication channels to align program objectives with broader organizational goals.


What you will bring: 

  • 7+ years of experience in curriculum design, learning and development, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining competency models aligned with role-based learning programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning science.
  • Curriculum Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing curriculum frameworks, learning paths, and assessments.
  • Technological Proficiency: Expertise with learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise), and project management tools.
  • Content Translation Skills: Ability to synthesize complex technical or strategic content into learner-friendly formats.
  • Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Strong communication abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and effective project leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with accreditation or certification programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with content localization, accessibility considerations, and global learning needs preferred.
  • Background in sales enablement, advertising, or technical training, ideally within a digital or social media environment like Pinterest.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times a quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
