We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and organized Account Manager to build consultative partnerships with BentoBox restaurants, ensuring customers see maximum value of our platform. Account Managers are responsible for owning and growing customer relationships while guiding restaurants to a better online presence. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor or a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with restaurants, building engagement strategies to help them drive revenue and get the most out of their BentoBox partnership
- Train customers on the platform to increase adoption and usage
- Effectively communicate the benefits of additional BentoBox tools and features via phone, email and live web demos
- Shape future product development based on trends in conversations with customers
- Get ahead of challenges through effectively navigating complex situations
- Use data to help restaurants be as successful as possible through the platform
- Represent BentoBox as the gold standard with exceptional customer service, accuracy and enthusiasm
- Maintain accurate and timely records of activity through Salesforce
- Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values
