Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales 
• Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals 
• Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment 
• Communicate with clarity and concision- comfortable speaking with anyone, energized by meeting new people
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with prospect contacts at all levels of the organization 
• Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/ rejections over the phone  
• Strong work ethic: hungry to close deals and make things happen 
• Self-directed: able to operate effectively with limited guidance or supervision
• Highly organized: skilled at setting milestones/deadlines and sticking to them
• Self-motivated, comfortable working in an unstructured startup environment
• Desire for continuous learning, improvement and overall career growth

Responsibilities: 
• Creatively prospect and build sales leads into business opportunities to meet and exceed quotas of emails/calls, and sales qualified leads.
• Develop pipeline of sales leads and build a book of business.
• Manage enterprise prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships with HR/decision makers.
• Conduct web and phone-based demos to drive customer acquisition.
• Use CRM system to maintain and report on Sales activity and metrics.
• Speak with active inbound enterprise leads and follow-up as required.
• Work closely with the CEO and sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts 
• Internalize the HealthKick mission and vision, and fully-understand, articulate and sell all HealthKick services 
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
