Customer Support Lead

About the team:
Customer success is the heart of Aircall. We’re looking for a highly motivated person with excellent communication skills who can deliver world-class service experiences for customers around the world.
What you'll do:
- Lead by example and support the Customer Care team to provide fast and outstanding support to our customers
- Manage the flow of customer requests through email, phone and chat
- Collaborate with our Paris team to find ways to create smoother workflows and improve productivity
- Gather product feedback and customer insights in order to constantly improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring:
- 2-5 years of experience on the Customer Support side
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — we love to talk!
- Passion for consistently providing fantastic customer experiences
- A love for data- and the ability to track progress
- Confidence to manage lots of tasks and issues in a fast-paced international environment
- Prior experience working for a tech startup (bonus, not requirement)
