ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Customer Support Specialist will provide an excellent customer experience via phone, in-app chat, and email to ensure customer satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities to contribute to the larger CS team. In this role you will arm Reonomy users with knowledge, training, and Reonomy best practices to push for product adoption and feature use. This position will require you to be the voice of the customer for internal stakeholders recording product feedback and communicating feedback with Reonomy’s Product, UX, and Engineering teams. The Customer Support Specialist will also create content, saved replies, and canned responses while working with marketing to increase efficiency and resolve client issues faster with positive outcomes. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email by delivering exceptional client support in a accordance with our quality guidelines
  • Contribute to resources and deliver meaningful product feedback as the voice of the customer to leadership and relevant teams
  • Establish and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with external clients as well as coworkers to promote a cohesive working environment
  • Working closely with the entire Customer Success Team to support renewals and expansion opportunities

ABOUT YOU:

  • 0-2 years working experience
  • Experience working in client or customer facing environments
  • Excitement for pursing a career in technology
  • Strong communication skills and a phenomenal phone presence
  • Strong email writing skills with attention to detail
